The origins — born inside the TeamWork Group

WIZE was born from a meeting between wealth management practitioners and Philippe Rey-Gorrez, founder of the TeamWork Group, a Geneva-based technology company. From the outset, the ambition was clear: to build an all-in-one platform designed by wealth managers, for wealth managers — covering portfolio management, order management, CRM, reporting and compliance in a single Swiss solution.

June 2022 — WIZE becomes a company in its own right

Reflecting the maturity of the product and the growth of its client base, the WIZE department of the TeamWork Group became WIZE SA, an independent Swiss company. This step gave WIZE its own dedicated team of [60+] specialists, fully focused on one mission: serving the wealth management community with a platform that evolves as fast as their needs.

Today, WIZE supports [120+] clients managing their operations on our platform every day.

2026 — A new chapter: WIZE joins Banyan Software

In 2026, Banyan Software became the majority shareholder of WIZE SA, succeeding the TeamWork Group.

Banyan Software acquires, builds and grows great enterprise software businesses — with a distinctive philosophy: "buy and hold forever." Banyan never resells the companies it acquires. For our clients, this means something rare in the software industry: permanence.

What this changes:

• Long-term investment capacity to accelerate our product roadmap and innovation, including AI-powered capabilities.
• The backing of an international group of enterprise software companies, sharing best practices worldwide.
